Shipping Method, Policy
1. All orders will be shipped from our UK, Europe, USA, Canada and HONG KONG international stores at the same days if order before PM 2:00. The shipping ways have many optional: Royal Mail, UPS, USPS Global Priority Mail, DHL, FEDEX, HONG KONG Post and more. 2. Please note that we do not ship to APO (Military) Boxes or FPO (Foreign) Boxes.

3. Sorry local pickup is not available.

4. Items are generally shipped out at the same day when order placed before PM 2:00, or the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded). In general, it may take about 2 – 5 business days for delivery.
Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 3 business days.

5. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. The address can be your home, your place of business, your travelling aim place, or another residence address and all of the packages can be tracked.

We allow you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail.
Our shipping cost listed on this website only cover Continental United Kingdom, USA, Canada, and other countries of Europe/USA/Canada. Customers in other countries, please contact us for postage. Please check the status of your order with tracking number when it has been shipped out so that you can pick up the package for your local post office. -- If your order cause any import duties or Tax, Please scan the tax receipt to us together with your order ID. We will refund the tax to you in 3-5 business days upon receipt of all your information.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please call 02081337743 or contact us for assistance. If your order has not shipped out we will be able to cancel it for you.
